【摘要】目的探讨医用高压臭氧大自血灌注疗法治疗脑血管疾病的效果。方法回顾性分析2009年1月~2010年1月收治的121例急性脑梗塞患者的临床资料，并且随机分成两组，均给予高压臭氧大自血灌注治疗，治疗组61例，对照组60例，治疗2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(P>005)。结论高压臭氧大自血灌注治疗脑血管疾病疗效显著，应早期应用。
